The Glens Falls Ballet & Dance Center is based on the philosophy that professional standards and quality instruction should apply from the earliest dance classes. Children taught correctly from the start derive maximum benefit and pleasure from dance. The friendly but firm discipline of the dance class fosters perseverance and develops ability to concentrate. The students' understanding of dance opens the door to a lifelong appreciation of the art of dance.

Many of our alumni continue the tradition of performing, teaching and choreographing, establishing schools in other states passing on the passion and discipline of dance to another generation.
